BRULZ is a boutique B2B management consulting firm headquartered in Skopje, North Macedonia, with a presence across South East Europe.
We help businesses grow through strategy, digital transformation, sales development, and new market entry — combining senior advisory depth with a hands-on, implementation-focused approach. Our work spans private sector growth mandates, international development programmes, and export strategy projects delivered with organisations including USAID, EBRD, UNDP, SECO.

BRULZ carries the legacy of KA Group Consulting, founded in 2006 and active across the SEE region for 15 years before merging into BRULZ in 2021. Vasko Karangeleski
Vasko holds a CMC (Certified Management Consultant) designation from ICMCI — the global standard for management consulting excellence — along with an MBA and CDTE certification.
He has 25 years of C-level and senior advisory experience across private sector, public sector, and international development contexts in North Macedonia, the wider SEE region, Western Europe and North America.
